This website doesn't embed any analytics or tracking services and doesn't set cookies. It serves static files only. Standard server log data from your hosting provider may still be collected — details depend on that provider.

The PrivacySwitch app

PrivacySwitch runs entirely locally on your Mac. Microphone status, camera detection, settings, and usage statistics never leave your computer and are never sent to any cloud.

Two exceptions exist by design:

License check: When activating and during occasional re-validation, your serial number is sent to Lemon Squeezy (the payment and licensing provider) to verify your license status. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy applies.

Update check: When you actively click "Check for Updates" in Settings, the app requests this website's update feed file. This only happens when you click it, never automatically in the background.
